Pichet is a modern take on a classic bistro, combining both French influence and modern Irish cuisine. Having received numerous awards since its inception in 2009, Head Chef Stephen Gibson and his team were awarded the Bib Gourmand by the esteemed Michelin Guide within the first six months of opening.
Stephen’s career as a chef has seen him work in some of the world’s most prestigious and interesting restaurants where he has spent time finessing his kitchen skills, from Nico Ladenis in London, Fauchon in Paris, Fiskekrogen in Göteborg and L’Ecrivain right here in Dublin. In 2009, Stephen returned to Dublin and opened Pichet to critical acclaim. This summer Pichet celebrates its 10th birthday.
