Café en Seine is a stunning re-imagined space and one of Dublin’s most iconic and stunning venues. Nestled in the heart of Dublin’s city centre on Dawson Street, Café en Seine was established in 1993 and quickly became a go-to destination for locals and visitors to the city.
Today, its legacy continues with beautiful, newly designed areas which feature several dining experiences, along with a host of bars.
Restaurant
The restaurant takes centre stage at the very front of our building and we’re committed to delivering an excellent experience for each and every one of our customers.
Café en Seine use local Irish suppliers who are second to none in their approach to deliver the best sustainable ingredients for the team of chefs to work with and guests to enjoy. The menu resolves around great ingredients, from grass-fed, dry aged Irish beef from Wild Atlantic Foods, John Stone and McLoughlins butchers, sustainable seafood from around the Irish coast and surrounding seas, to the bread, freshly baked every morning by Michael Roth and his team.
This means the kitchen are able to create food that is honest, ethical and most importantly, delicious.
Bars
At Café en Seine the bar team certainly know their drinks and they’re not shy in telling you so. The captivating Grand, Cocktail and Loft bars are the ideal place for you to pull up a chair, relax and put them to the test. The cocktail menu has been specially curated by Crucible, London & the bar team to enhance specific moments and experiences within the venue, from the physical surroundings, to the music and the service, making each drink memorable.
Our food menu has been extended for customers to enjoy a real gastronomical experience throughout each part of the building. Full of gastro favourites, we’re serving up lunch, brunch at the weekend and dinner, seven days a week.
Street Garden
Discover the truly impressive, indoor-outdoor street garden, an authentic slice of Paris right here in the centre of Dublin. With its own separate entrance on Anne’s Lane at the rear of the building, the Parisian inspired conservatory style garden is suitable for the ever changing Irish weather, featuring a large retractable glass roof and an avenue of real trees. Flooded with natural light, this is the perfect space for casual day time or evening dining and drinks. At night you are welcome to drop by for something special from the drinks menu and enjoy the lively, beautiful bar space.
