About the Company:

Café en Seine is one of Ireland’s largest and best-known venues and is currently recruiting for an experienced front of house manager. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly and organised with a talent for customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience.
  • Previous experience managing Open Table or similar booking system is essential.
  • Must possess a passion and flair for customer service.
  • Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and active and proactive problem-solving ability to optimise bookings.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues.
  • The capability to make contributions to the creative and innovative side of the business.
  • Ability to adapt to new procedures, standards, and changes as directed by the company or legislation.
  • Conducts his/herself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye.
  • Is fully flexible with regards to working hours, to include weekends, and late nights.
  • All candidates must speak fluent English.
