Essential Criteria
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a fast-paced licenced premise and demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as being customer focused.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and must have the flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
- Have considerable knowledge of spirits and cocktails and a keen interest in all aspects of the drinks industry.
- Be committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession.
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality and be willing to lead by example.
- All candidates must speak fluent English.
